Eligible Returns
Unopened, sealed products in original packaging returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Return

Approval
Our team reviews and approves the return within 1 business day.
Ship Back
Pack the sealed item and ship it to our address (we cover the cost for damaged items).
Refund
Once received and verified, your refund is processed within 5–7 days.
