All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Orders are confirmed via email or SMS once processed.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional factors. Cartiva is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
Cartiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
